All Sugar watcher products are good. But poha is not available in 4kg variant so it becomes expensive due to shipping charges. Wish this was available in local stores in Bangalore

STRONGLY recommend for diabetics. My 72year old mother is diabetic. She reacted adversely to medication and we have discontinued all her medication, adapted lifestyle changes and monitor her sugar regularly. She had to give up all rice products but happy to say this doesn't cause any sugar spikes. It works! I'm putting a review on their rice too.
