As most of us know that spearmint is a type of pudina which is very good for health. This green tea is giving the same effect on my health. It is high in vitamins and antioxidants. It also helps in relaxing an upset stomach. It is quite refreshing. The delivery was on time and the packaging was perfect.

Very refreshing. Have tried other spearmint and peppermint teas before - but this one really is one the better ones out there. Pure, organic spearmint leaves and nothing else. Flavour explosion!
