I have excess oily skin.I researched about this spearmint tea and it says, that spearmint maintains ur testosterone at low level .I started taking this a month back and it is a magic , no excess oily skin , i am addicted to it....guyss if u have oily skin prblm ..it heels u from inside...

Spearmint tea is very good for women with pcod. I have tried multiple brands on amazon and this one seems to be the best, the leaves are very fresh and the flavor is very good.

It gives an instant pick up when one is feeling low in energy. No adulteration, just pure spearmint leaves. The quantity is a lot and will last for a long time. But the jar is not airtight and it needs to be stored properly.

Packaging is good. They could have used some tin packaging however as plastic is not healthy for us and for environment too. Othe than that it has a nice aroma and benefits of Spearmint tea are numerous. I use it for my pms problems and for my sinus. It's really effective.
