For me at Kolkata, its a grand purchase. Ordered on 03.11 and received on 05.11. Installation done on 06.11 free of cost. What more shuld I expect. The wall attachment parts and two nos. connection pipes were inside the original packet of USHA. There also was a pipe for drainage of water which I did nt require. I am happy and recommending all for it. The appliance has no. of safety features I am showing in an attached picture. Be cautious about giving the four digit code to the installation guy(s) only after completion of the installation, otherwise, u may be got cheated by them without any knowledge of USHA.

The product is working fine but the warranty is only for 2 years on the heating element n 5 years on the tank not for 3 n 8 years as described by the seller.its misleading.infact one of the main reasons for buying this geyser was bcoz it was providing the maximum gurantee as compare to other brands in its segment.so disaapointed on tat part.flipkart should look into the matter so as to stop misleading the consumers.

Don't buy, electric current passes from this geyser.
