Why search engine shows it is 5 star

Hi, I'm searching for Water Geyser and found that many product has not been tagged for rating but FlipKart search shows them 5star rated like this product. Are you promoting the product ? Is rating tagged in your website is reliable ? I didn't use this product so not sure about it's rating but I'm also not allowed here to comment without rating. so giving it 3 star. Stopped working within 1.5 month

USHA after sales service is worst. Product stopped working within 1.5 month. I raised complaint two weeks ago and still waiting for technician. I would not recommend USHA products to anyone.
