products quality is not up to the mark. remote given with this product is of very cheap quality made. not worthy of money. disappointing. working is good. it can be better even than that. I doubt it's storage also. as I bought 15 lts model. but it is not even filling half of bucket with hot water

This Regarding the Service from Venus, I purchased Venus Water Heater I really regret why I purchased instead of V-guard, they not even installing the water Heater, it better buy V-guard, they giving bester service
