  I use this oil for making curries and meat dishes, as this oil retains its flavour and nutritional value as long as it is not over-heated to burning point. Excellent also for drizzling over fresh salads, grilled tomatoes and grilled vegetables prepared in an air fryer (particularly if you don't want to use Extra Virgin olive oil too frequently)! When required I also use this for face and body massage.
