  After trying a lot of products for a couple of years (India gate, kohinoor, dawaat, etc) we settled on Fortune classic. This has the right flavour and cooks to perfect texture needed for biryani (chicken, duh!). Kohinoor has good flavour but grains become sticky upon cooking.

  Classic Biryani Basmati is very good. Because it's finely stored for 2 years, I really enjoyed the fine and royal taste when I made veg khichdi with it.

  We tried many rice brands, they all were expensive but none had good aroma but this classic biryani has a very good aroma, long, thin grain, non sticky rice, at this price point it's astral. Go for it. All the best 👍💯
