This is a great product. I use Giloy one tablet per day and Ashvagandha one tablet per day. I already started observing significant improvement in certain health aspects. I had a skin acne in some areas and it got drastically reduced. I used to have phlegm daily in the morning and thaf is gone. Like wise my family members also observed improvement in skin conditions and cold, cough. There are very useful benefits of Giloy and Ashvagandha. This Himalayan product is authentic as I am observing improvements. A doctor has recommended to use Giloy and Ashwagandha daily for having immunity against especially covid. Our bodies will be prepared to fight any virus.

Due to current situation we need strong immunity to fight against this covid-19So by having those doctor prescribed tablets we have to go for giloy it is one of the best ayurvedic tab it will not affecr your kidney dude u can take it as regular tab just go for it
