  I know how people hate patanjali products but this one is far superior. I have tried all other brands of muesli but this is much better. It has generous amounts of nuts and fruits. It is not powdery ( which is full in Relience muesli) and tastes good. Have it with cold milk and add a banana or half an apple. Do not add sugar.
