Product is absolutely great. I had a chat with my plumber as well as my technician who takes care of home appliances, and both of them suggested me to go for Venus blindly. That's why i bought venus in spite of that it has a warranty of one yr only. You can find other products with 4 to 5 yrs warranty. But venus is really worth every penny. It takes 5 minutes in the morning to warm the water. And i switch it off before the thermostat. And it gets the job done......
